 Delivery

WINECOW offers delivery Australia wide by Australia Post couriers, and free delivery within the Perth Metropolitan area.

WINECOW guarantees that your order will reach you intact. We will happily replace or send you a cheque/issue you a credit off your next purchase for any wines that are damaged in transit or arrive in unsatisfactory condition.

Delivery via Australia Post

Delivery costs are shown before you pay.   Please Allow 5 -10 business days for delivery via Australia Post - for a more accurate guide refer to Australia Post Delivery Times (goods are dispatched from Perth Western Australia).

Please ensure that there is someone OVER 18 present at the delivery address you provide to receive your order as a signature will be required. If no-one is present, your products will be delivered to the nearest Post Office for you to collect. A notification card should be left in your mailbox.   As per Australia Post alcohol delivery procedure legal requirements, if the person receiving the parcel appears to be under 25, they will be asked for proof of age, if suitable proof of age identificaction cannot be produced, that person will be advised that the parcel will be carded to a postal facility where the article can be collecton on the production of suitable proof of age ID.

Delivery within the Perth Metropolitan area

Winecow promises delivery within 10 days, but generally we get your order out to you a lot sooner than that.  We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers which fall within our free delivery area. 

Please ensure that there is someone OVER 18 present at the delivery address you provide to receive your order as a signature will be required.  If the person receiving the delivery appears to be under 25, they will be asked for proof of age, if suitable proof of age identification cannot be produced, the delivery will be returned to our depot and other delivery arrangements must be made.

Undelivered Goods

If you have placed an order and have not received delivery within 10 days, please advise WINECOW via email WinecowSales@winecow.com.au. Please have your order confirmation email on hand and quote your order number  (you will receive this after you place your order).

All prices quoted include GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
