Slight saline mineral characters running through frisky yet flavoursome white peach and pear fruit, infused with a drizzle of honeysuckle and light nutty oak cashew inputs. The oak is in the background as it receives only 25% barrel ferment with the rest matured in stainless steel for approximately 6 months.

An excellent introduction to the joys of French Chardonnay and White Burgundy.
