‘NOW’ stands for Natural Organic Wine.

Dark, deep, saturated black-hued purple-red in colour, the nose is softly full and gently voluminous with aromas of very ripe blackberry, boysenberry and dark raspberry fruit entwined with black plum and liquorice notes, some sweet black pepper, unfolding some eucalyptus elements.

Medium-full bodied, the palate has plush and intense flavours of blackberries and boysenberries, blueberries and black plums with subtle dark herb, liquorice and spice elements and hints of eucalyptus and black plum jam. This is a sweet and plush, brightly fruited Shiraz with blackberry, boysenberry and plum fruit with supple tannins and a fresh mouthfeel.
