Jean Pierre Brut is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. This led to the creation of a very pale straw hued wine with fine bubbles stemming from the glass. This enticing blend gives off complex nuances of fresh cream and bread dough from its attractive bouquet, with hints of clean citrus and subtle floral characters lurking in the backdrop. These fragrances give way to a soft and juicy palate containing fresh fruit flavours balanced by a delicate acidity. The fine bubbles offer a creamy texture and captivating finish to this medium dry blend. This light bodied Brut can be enjoyed upon release as an aperitif, or with natural oysters with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of black pepper. It can also be cellared for 3 or more years to enhance its grand flavours and complexity.
