Juniper Small Batch Cabernet Sauvignon

There’s a purity of varietal fruit here on the nose with black and red currants, raspberry, cherry and mulberry backed up by oak matured characters of vanilla biscuit, coffee and cinnamon. The more you swirl the glass the more the wine offers. The palate displays the above fruit with lovely depth and length of flavour, while those finely structured tannins of Cabernet Sauvignon, which ensure long aging, pair perfectly with a juicy rib eye or lamb roast.
