GRAPE VARIETY: Shiraz, Grenache, Merlot

MATURATION Combination of American and French oak for 12 months, 10% of the blend matured in tank .

COLOUR Rich dark red in colour with a dark purple rim. NOSE This wine is dark red in colour with aromas of violets, fresh berries, mocha and liquorice and hints of oak.

PALATE The palate is rich and plush with good structure. There are flavours of blueberries, plums and hints of vanilla. The soft, velvety tannin structure gives the palate balance and length.
