Aroma: Vibrant red cherry with an elegant cool climate earthy, spicy note and hints of vanillin French oak.

Palate: Ripe berry and red cherry flavours with a mid-palate of strawberries and hints of aniseed, leading to a long and finely textured finish.

Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Maturation: 12 months in French oak barriques.
