Attractive blush pink with the tiniest hint of mauve. Very aromatic on the nose with pungent sweet strawberry fruit aromas with a touch of musk sticks & lollies. Has delicate, cherry fruit flavours on the palate with a hint of spice and light savoury characters. This wine has a beautiful palate weight and great mouth feel with the delicious fruit flavours balanced by the lightly drying finish. A superb wine that can be enjoyed on its own but is also dry enough to serve with food. Best enjoyed as young wine.
