Sparklingly bright and clear with the slightest hint of green/gold colour. Has juicy aromas of tinned pears and light, fresh pineapple juice characters. This is a delicious, fresh dry wine with delicate fruit characters and surprisingly good palate weight. It’s well textured and the light, sweet apple fruit flavours sit well with the clean acidity. Very very drinkable. Best enjoyed as a young wine, serve with or without food
