This Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful balance of those lifted, crisp and zesty characters along with deliciously fresh, tropical fruits. There are passionfruit & green melon fruit flavours that are the hallmark of this variety. The good palate weight from the riper fruit component makes the wine approachable now and the fresh acidity from the earlier picked component ensures it will continue to drink well over the months ahead. A delicious, crisp dry wine that can be enjoyed with or without food. Best enjoyed as a young wine.
