Parker Estate Coonawarra Shiraz 750ml

Fruit for this wine is sourced predominantly from the Kidman family vineyard located up the northern end of the terra rossa strip - a small parcel from Rob McLeod at Tirrike Farms was also included in the final blend. This area is known for being a preferable growing location for Shiraz.

The 7th vintage of this wine. The grapes were handled to open fermenters, 8-19 days on skins, matured in French barriques and hogsheads for 8 months. A pretty snappy Coonawarra shiraz at this price.
